Custom Printing & Services
We specialize in a wide range of high-quality printing services, including Screen
Printing, Direct to Film (DTF), Embroidery, and Sublimation. Whether you need
custom t-shirts, hoodies, or other merchandise, we have the right solution for
your design.
Direct to Film (DTF) is a modern printing technique where designs are printed onto a
special film, which is then transferred onto the garment using heat and adhesive.
It's excellent for vibrant, full-color designs on a variety of fabrics, including
polyester and cotton blends.
Screen printing is best for bulk orders with fewer colors, pushing ink through a mesh
stencil. It's very durable and cost-effective at scale. DTF is better for
complex, multi-color designs or smaller batches, as it prints the full design
digitally onto a film first, then presses it onto the shirt.

Yes, we specialize in creating custom business shirts. We can print or embroider

For many of our products, there is no minimum order. We specialize in on-demand, made-to-order products and are happy to create "one-offs." This is different from our bulk custom manufacturing, which does have minimums.

Your members can visit the store and order their own gear. We then handle all the
printing, packing, and shipping directly to them, eliminating the need for you to
collect sizes or money.

We offer flexible options. While the best wholesale pricing is for bulk orders, you
can also purchase single items or samples to test quality and fit before committing
to a large run.
Manufacturing & Sourcing
Yes. We are proud to partner with several American Made clothing manufacturers and
offer a wide selection of USA-made apparel. We also offer full cut and sew
manufacturing services right here in the USA.
Contract sewing is a service where we act as your manufacturing partner. You
provide the patterns and materials, and our industrial contract sewing team
handles the "cut and sew" process to create your finished garments. This is ideal
for established brands that need reliable production.
'Contract sewing' typically means you (the client) provide the pre-cut fabric,
patterns, and all materials, and we handle only the industrial sewing and
assembly. 'Full custom manufacturing' (or 'cut and sew') is a complete service
where we source the fabric, create or grade the patterns, cut the material, and
then sew the final garment, often including labels and tags.
Yes, full custom manufacturing and contract sewing are services for bulk
production. MOQs vary depending on the garment's complexity. Please contact our
manufacturing team for a specific quote based on your project.
Yes. For full custom manufacturing projects, we offer sampling before starting the main production run. The cost of this sample is typically refunded to you after your bulk order is complete.
Orders, Shipping, & Support
Your total price is primarily determined by two factors: the type of decoration you choose (e.g., Screen Printing, DTF, Embroidery) and your location (which affects shipping).
Our experienced team of designers reviews every order. We create a digital mockup (proof) of your design on the product, which is sent to you for your approval before any production begins. This ensures your placement is exactly as you want it.
After you place your order, our design team creates a digital mockup (proof) of your artwork. We send this to you for approval. Once you approve the mockup, your order moves into production.
Turnaround time depends on the product type and service. Here are our general estimates:
- DTF Transfers: Ships in 24 hours.
- In-Stock Online Orders: 3-10 business days, depending on the decoration type.
- Custom Quote Orders: 5-10 business days.
- OEM Custom: 7-20 days, depending on the order size.
- Full Custom Manufacturing: 25-40 days.

We accept ACH Bank Transfers, which have no processing fee. We also accept all major Credit Cards, Venmo, and PayPal, which may include a 2% processing fee.
